The mission of the Montana Women's Triathlon is to support and empower women of all ages, sizes, colors, and abilities to improve their lives through sport. We aspire to bring together a community of women who support and encourage each other through the entire process of training to participating in a multisport event. We've seen an incredible "trickle down" effect to partners, children, and friends. Promoting health to our community is what we are about. The success of MTWTri allows us to give back to our community and support organizations who share our passion for healthy lifestyles through athletics. We have been able to support Girls Thrive, YWCA Helena, Running for Montana's Future/The Angel Fund, and our BIPOC initiative to support women of color at our race. Our sponsors help this to happen -Tom and Molly Hayes, St. Peter's Health, Waypoint Realty • Breena Buettner, Christensen and Prezeau Law Firm, Great Divide Cyclery, MT Ascension Physical Therapy, Hammer Nutrition, Girls Thrive, A Fine Balance Multisport Coaching, and all the participants who MAKE it happen. Thank you!
Volunteer
Volunteer meeting Saturday after packet pick-up 4pm -5pm. This is when you will get your assignment, review course, ask questions, and get your volunteer t-shirt. Don't miss it!

Last year we had over 50 volunteers helping us keep a safe and happy course. We can find a perfect spot for your entire family to show their signs of support and help direct traffic at the same time. Racers can help before or after they are done. Please consider helping out if you are a racer, spectating, or maybe just curious to see how the heck this works and what kind of crazy people do this.
WE NEED:

Lap counters - Special qualifications: ability to count to 10. 500meters in a 50m pool. Short and sweet. Great spectating spot.

Bike course guards - mostly to direct bikers on a left or right turn

Run course - always nice to see more smiling faces out there pointing directions
