Week 3
Tues: swim 30 min your choice
Wed: walk/run 20 min with a friend at talking pace
Thurs: Bike 35 min
Fri: swim – 100y swim then rest 45 sec, 6 x 50y w 35 sec between, 100y then done
Sat: 25 min walk run
Sun: 40 min bike
Total: 3:00
